The Broadcasts is a not-for-profit initiative by Hype Collective, through which they collaborate with employers to run workshops and events to help young black talent secure graduate rules. In this instalment, titled ''If they can, I can too'', we've partnered with ICAEW, to showcase inspirational stories from three Black role models, within the accounting and finance industry, who share their guidance and advice to help you accelerate your career in finance.
